Meditation and the Subconscious Mind

I like to see the mind as a field of consciousness, even though most people are not conscious.

From the moment you were born, until now, you’re continually consuming information. What people tell you, the news you read, the TV shows you watch, somehow you’ve been influenced by people’s suggestions from the moment you’re born. All of those suggestions become an essential part of your subconscious mind and can make you believe that you are not skilled, powerful, smart, skinny, etc. enough to achieve the things that you want.

Now, what’s going on here is that you’ve been suggested, you’ve been talked to your whole life, and you believe it and, in the end, you’ve been telling yourself the same thing. These are what are called automatic suggestions.

You tell yourself that you’re not good enough, that you’re not worthy, that you’re not great and you’re just limiting yourself. What do you have to do to improve your reality, to have a better future? You need to appreciate the role of the subconscious mind and reprogram it. And this is done in meditation.
In the depths of meditation, you can inform the subconscious mind to repress the registers and any self-limiting suggestion and rewrite them to create a new present and a better future. How do you do it? As you sit there, you begin to speak to yourself in a very significant way and say things that will build a more meaningful reality for you, such as “I’m getting healthier every day” or “Every day I get stronger and stronger.”

Meditation is the practice to take control of your mind only with the purpose for you to be aware. Aware of your body, aware of your emotions and your environment. In states of relaxation, the subconscious produces this environment where reprogramming can begin. So I invite you to take at least 20 minutes every day early in the morning to connect with yourself through meditation to start being everything you want to be.
