Just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart! Honestly this course exceeded my every expectation in every way! Your passion is unmatched and I have never felt more inspired to dedicate my life to developing more understanding on the kindness and principals you introduced to us through yoga.
I would say the most transformative and meaningful part for me was the self practice component. I have taken a lot of classes and practiced for years and yet never had an experience with yoga in my body and mind that felt connected. Previously it always felt like I was just performing and following another persons routine instead of having a peaceful flow. Even when I tried on my mat alone I often never felt very present and would not practice long because I did not feel confident in my sequencing. The way you introduce the foundation of your class and then have us teach and learn it so many different ways is life changing. I will never forget the first self practice flow I did this month and how empowering that was for me. Being able to have access to stillness in my mind through a physical practice is more meaningful to me than I could ever express in words.
In all honestly stepping away from performing full time has been a challenge for me and despite wanting to try something new for years I always missed performing and so ended up back on another contract rather quickly. Within a few days here I could honestly say I have never felt more ready for a new kinder path and have never felt more like I am in the right place going in the right direction. Thank you for providing this life changing, beautiful, safe, inspiring space filled with so much passion and love. I will be forever grateful for this experience in every way and look forward to a lifetime of learning and kindness!
