If you are into martial arts movies like me then i am sure you already know that in 2004 a movie named Kung Fu Hustle was produced.
You can decide for yourself if you like the movie… I do personally… but I am writing this now to say that between minutes 43 and 53 of that movie may be one of the most accurate portrayals of energy and prana that I have ever seen.
