300 Hour Hatha Yoga Training

Starting Sept 2nd this Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga and Tantra Yoga Teacher Training is very exciting for me! Finally i am able to offer the 300 Hours Teacher Training with totally new curriculum and materials.

I have been working to create a Hatha Yoga training for those who want to learn more about and teach the traditional methods of Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga and the texts we will explore in depth form the source for most of the practices we know today as Yoga but really are more precisely named Tantric Hatha Yoga.
