When it comes to an intention of wanting to feel better in your life and also to lose weight, there is only one approach to be recommended.  You be the scientist and see how this stuff works for yourself.  Information that we present related to eating less animal foods and less fried foods and more raw plant based foods, will have an effect on you.  It is your duty to see how that effect relates to your intention.  Is the guidance away from animal foods helping you to achieve your goals?  This is the questions and the only way to answer this question is to know your goals and to have the real experience to gauge whether the protocol worked or not.  Don’t take other people’s words for things… only experience can teach so i suggest to give a change 2 weeks without exceptions to see the effects!  Symptoms can disappear, renewed vigor and youthfulness await you… but you need to feel them for yourself to know they are real!

You be the Scientist!  It is of utmost importance to experiment and determine through experience which is the best way of eating and exercising.  Reading books and magazines is not enough to know the truth.  The truth must be gleaned from experience and the only way to have that is to take a few weeks and systematically, for the sake of the science of it, make changes to the dietary.  Cut out all meat and animal foods, for only one week, and see how it feels!  Next try 2 weeks and see how your feel.  There is only one way to know anything, experience!  So be the scientist yourself when it comes to Nutrition and Exercise and be systematic so that when you start feeling so much better, you know exactly why!  Enjoy the process of experimenting with different ways of eating, as a blessing
