There are many OBSTACLES to self-realization and living fearlessly and with wellbeing! But the Masters are very clear that the MAJOR OBSTACLE to our ENLIGHTENMENT and the RAISING OF OUR KUNDALINI (consciousness)…is something called MISIDENTIFICATION!
This means we are always MISIDENTIFYING and we DON”T KNOW WHO WE ARE! We think we are our BODY, our PERSONALITY, our JOBS, the ROLES WE PLAY, our BANK ACCOUNTS, the CARS we drive… we IDENTIFY with these CHANGEABLE phenomenon… we think we are these things and it causes us to SUFFER!
The sooner we realize that who and what we are is UNCHANGEABLE..and is PURE CONSCIOUSNESS and is ETERNAL the faster will experience the true gift of Yoga. The fact is actually that not only will that which is us NEVER DIE… that which is us WAS NEVER BORN!
We are part of the SOURCE…the ABSOLUTE…and the sooner we IDENTIFY with THAT the more we will experience the DEEP PEACE which comes from knowing who we are!!! We can be fearless as once we realize that we are NOT OUR BODY… we can relax and not create fear for losing something that is not your truest nature anyway!
