Many people today seem to equate Protein with Meat or other animal foods. Modern day nutritionist and classically trained medical doctors persist in suggesting people should attain their protein/amino acid requirement by eating cooked animal foods. Even graduates of Integrative Nutrition schools are not immune from giving this unscientific advice.
Just in case you were not clear… protein = amino acids. Protein does NOT equal animal foods like MEAT OR FISH.
All essential amino acids are produced in the plant kingdom, which is how the animals you may be eating got them in the first place! Getting Amino Acids closer to the source of the energy itself…the SUN…plant based….is by far a superior way to BUILD YOUR MUSCLES to optimum strength and power!
And you can’t eat yourself to strength… you have to exercise and workout your way to strength…plus eat things that your body incorporates rather than rejects!
