Many different conditions and diseases have one cause!

What might NOT be recognized by most people is that the CAUSE of even very disparate conditions… like obesity, depression, insomnia, cancer, diabetes…is often the same!

The modern MEDICAL PARADIGM learned in medical school to view everything as different, to assign each condition a different name and assume it is from different causes.. and thus must have different solutions depending on the ailment.

(This gives rise the pharmaceutical industry and the drive to create chemical compounds designed to ‘fix’ the body’s condition.)

The bottom line though…and the reason why i have been able to help so many people with very different issues… is that THE CAUSE of almost all of our diseases and imbalances…whether physical or mental is the SAME…and so thus the solution is the same.

The cause is that one of the 3 variables for wellbeing is out of line!

Eating Smart…Exercising Daily… Awareness of Mental Patterns… are the 3 variables for wellbeing! (FYI if you have not been struck by a genetic disease in childhood the chances are that the condition is from lifestyle not genetics.)

So there is a UNIVERSALITY to guidance of people back to health.

1) Begin to start eating according to your species type! (Veterinarians don’t let the animals in the zoo eat out of alignment to their digestive design…why do our doctors allow us to do so?

2) Begin to exercise every single day. Start slow but take no days off… yoga is good…swimming is good…any fairly vigorous is good…but really ANY EXERCISE is good but must be every day at least 30 minutes optimally 1 Hour.

3) Begin to be vigilant over the mind with a sense of humor! Never criticize or judge yourself for anything you think… just let it go with a sense of humor knowing that you are not your mind and return to gratitude.
