Miami Yoga encourages a lifestyle that leads each person to experience wellbeing in the present moment.  All Miami Yoga workshops and trainings are designed to facilitate the learning of skills that help to develop a more balanced and peace inspiring lifestyle.  Eating less animals foods and drinking fruit juices and practicing yoga and generosity every day are part of a style of living that is done practiced because it is correct but rather is practiced because it produces benefits for the persons life like increased strength and vitality and virility and equanimity!
