Kids Yoga

The benefits of Yoga for kids are large and are including the possibility of  increased concentration, increased self condifence, increased physical strength, as well as many others.  Kids Yoga is the best activity for children to teach them to connect with their true self whenever they wish and experience a sense of peace.  All ages can indeed appreciate such a lesson.  Miami Yoga is proud to offer Kids Yoga Classes and Kids Yoga  Teacher Training at our Brickell Studio location with faculty Fernanda Casasbuenas.   Many kids are given drugs to deal with behaviour expressions that are caused by food and can be helped by Yoga more than pharmaceauticals.  Developing brains have no need to power pharmaceauticals no matter what they are all trying to tell us!
Yoga is not just for grownups, Yoga is a great tool to help kids and teens grow strong in their bodies and obtain the qualities of confidence, creativity, and compassion. In this fast pace world within which we live, young people also can feel stress. Yoga can help them feel more at ease with themselves, more focused, more self-confident, stronger, more relaxed and less reactive. Our Kids Yoga classes are session based and registration is required in advance. (Kids yoga classes for ages 5-11).
