Protein vs Weight Loss

If you eat in a vegetarian or vegan style for weight loss or other reasons,  you have probably been asked that dozens of times.  This is a very easy question to answer and the most important part of the answer is called Amino Acids.  Amino Acids are actually the entire Protein conversation because the structure of all animal and plant protein is the same…amino acids.  And all animal flesh is made from the same amino acids whether it is cow or fish or goat or human being.  We like all other mammals build our protein after getting our amino acids through the food we eat. And all amino acids are found in the plant kingdom!  Eating from the plant kingdom is the optimal way to lose weight especially when we no longer use fried foods or too much pastas and rice.Protein Needs for Strength - Vegan is Superior
